Allow me to share my #1 piece of advice for entrepreneurs to never say (and really, anyone): Banish the phrase, “I’m busy.” Why? Because busy doesn’t always translate to productivity. Believe me, I’ve fallen into this trap too. Just filling our time isn’t the same as getting things done. Recently, I had a heart-to-heart with my team about this, and it hit home. The key is to focus on productivity. The more productive you become, the more you can produce, resulting in more clients, and ultimately, more revenue.
Just tweaking that one word can help shift your whole mindset.
