Client Relationship

In business, it’s easy to focus on short-term wins and quick sales, but real growth comes from building long-term relationships with satisfied clients. A happy customer isn’t just a one-time transaction; they are a source of ongoing revenue, referrals, and trust. One satisfied client can become your best ambassador, bringing in more business than any marketing campaign ever could.
When we shift our mindset from "closing the deal" to "creating lasting value," we open the door to sustainable growth. It's not just about making the sale—it's about delivering exceptional service, solving real problems, and showing clients that we can serve them better than anyone else.
So, ask yourself: How are you nurturing relationships with your clients today? Share this with someone who could benefit from this reminder!

Entrepreneur Mindset

Having a big vision is essential, but without action, it’s just a dream. Too many entrepreneurs get caught up in the excitement of the idea phase, imagining all the success they’ll achieve, but never putting the wheels in motion. True growth comes from taking that vision and executing it step by step, day by day.
Successful businesses aren’t built on ideas alone—they’re built on strategy, consistency, and relentless action. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start; what matters is moving forward, learning as you go, and adjusting your path when needed.
So, what’s your vision? And more importantly, what are you doing today to make it a reality? Comment a if you're ready to turn your vision into action!

Many entrepreneurs have a bigger vision—one that goes beyond profit. They want to change the world, make an impact, and build something that truly matters. But the secret to thriving in business often comes down to something fundamental: how you tell your story.
Businesses that struggle often fail to differentiate themselves or connect with their audience. Why? Because they miss the importance of storytelling. It’s not just about selling a product or service—it’s about selling a vision and an experience. The ones who succeed create meaningful connections with their clients, and that’s where the magic happens.
If you're ready to elevate your business, here are three changes you can start making today:

2. Leverage technology – Tools like AI can enhance your efficiency and streamline your business.

The Next Big AI Solution
How often have potential deals slipped through the cracks because you were too busy juggling other tasks?
I’m sure you know what I’m talking about…
You’re in the middle of a crucial Zoom meeting with a client, and then—*ding*—a call comes through that you can’t immediately answer.
Fast forward 20 minutes and the meeting ends. You check your phone, and it was a potential lead. Now the lead is gone, and so is the potential revenue since they went with someone else.
Frustrating, right?
ACTUAL STATISTIC: Entrepreneurs who respond to potential customer calls, texts, or emails within 3 minutes are 100x more likely to win their business.
Yet, so many Entrepreneurs still lose valuable leads simply because they or their team can’t pick up the phone before it goes to voicemail. The result? Missed opportunities, decreased revenue, and increased stress.
And here’s the challenge: You and I became business owners to help people, and make good money… not to play phone tag.
So, what are we supposed to do?
- Keep letting those calls go to voicemail and watching potential new customer opportunities slip away?
- Keep spending hours trying to follow up and play catch-up?
- Hire a full-time receptionist to man the phones (and hope they’re 100% on their game at all times)?
Instead, what if every time your phone rang, (no matter if it was 3 PM or 3 AM), you knew it was being answered by a friendly, knowledgeable receptionist who was ready to help (AT ALL TIMES)?
Good news: starting today, this is now possible!
Meet Sababa: A revolutionary conversational AI software designed to ensure you never lose a lead again. (And yes, I founded Sababa Global).
You can think of Sababa as your personal AI assistant that works tirelessly to handle leads, streamline follow-ups, customer service, and automate your appointment scheduling.
Imagine having a system that not only answers calls but engages potential clients, books appointments, and keeps your business running smoothly, even when you’re not available.

5. Data-Driven Insights
Get weekly key metrics and visibility when it comes to call volume, booking rates, and revenue reporting.
Most importantly, Sababa gives you a way to focus on what you do best—providing excellent service. No more missed calls, no more lost leads, just a steady stream of satisfied customers and increased revenue.
Why Sababa?
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve noticed that the greatest challenge my clients face is converting leads to appointments.
When leads don’t convert, sales blames marketing. And when sales aren’t closing leads, marketing blames sales. I knew bridging the gap was possible, and now, after 9 months of development, it is.
A high-level conversational AI that acts as an SDR with the knowledge and skills of a tip-performing BDR.
Still don’t think you need this?
Check this out…
A recent study found that 80% of callers sent to voicemail will NOT leave a message — they’ll just hang up and call the next business on their list.
So, ask yourself… Can YOU afford to let 80% of your potential customers slip away?
If the answer is a resounding ‘NO’, I encourage you to experience the difference our AI-powered lead management system can make.
Comment Sababa if you're interested in learning more or hopping on a call to talk about it.

How can YOU get more potential customers to like, trust, and respect you
How many times have you witnessed a politician dodge a straightforward ‘Yes or No’ question with an obviously rehearsed response?
It makes you question their integrity.
Integrity, at its core, is about being open, honest, and having strong moral principles that you don't just profess, but actively practice.
The Talmud, a central text in Jewish ethics, talks about this concept and introduces the idea of "Geneivat Da'at" — deception.
It states:
"It is forbidden to steal the mind of another." — Chullin 94a
This quote warns us against misleading others, as it is forbidden to steal someone's understanding or perception through deceit. As Entrepreneurs, this means we should never mislead customers, partners, or employees about the nature of our products, services, or intentions.
For example, I once had a client who, when asked a serious question, would respond with:
- “Do you want the truth?”
- “Do you want the whole truth?”
- “Or do you want the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?”
When pressed on what he meant, he revealed that there were 'three levels of truth,' depending on who he was talking to, the subject matter at hand, and what he felt the listener needed to hear.
For me, that was a MAJOR red flag. 🚩
From that moment forward, in every conversation, I wondered which "level" of truth he was using.
That's why integrity matters—It should be all or nothing and factual without deception. It’s either the whole truth, or don’t share it. Telling someone “I’m not willing to share or discuss that” is a fair and simple answer, or even saying “I can only share parts” is also perfectly fine. I feel that people respect and stick by those who are honest and straightforward, both in life and business. And I have the facts to back it up:
Research shows that companies known for their integrity outperform others. According to a study by the Edelman Trust Barometer, 81% of consumers said they need to trust a brand in order to buy from them (Edelman, 2020).
So now the question becomes…
How can YOU get more potential customers to like, trust, and respect you so you can grow your business 10x faster, easier, and smarter?👇
- Deliver on Your Promises
Nothing speaks louder than consistently under promising and over delivering. Whether it’s the quality of your products, the timeliness of your services, or the customer support you provide, make sure you always meet or exceed expectations. This creates a track record of reliability that can significantly boost your credibility.
2. Stick to Your Principles
Stand by your principles, no matter the situation. Make decisions that align with your ethical beliefs and values, even under pressure or when it might not be for your immediate benefit. You couldn’t pay me $1 million to promote something I don’t support or believe in (or I thought was not going to be beneficial for its user)… And I hope you feel the same way.
3. Treat Everyone Equally
I believe you should treat everyone on your team with the same level of respect and consideration, regardless of their tenure or position. Someone who joined your team 6 months ago deserves the same opportunities and fair treatment as someone who's been with you for 10+ years.
At the end of the day, remember:
In a world full of shortcuts and compromises, maintaining integrity is a sure way to differentiate yourself and achieve lasting success.
Let’s commit to being leaders who practice what we preach and build businesses that not only aim to profit, but also spread good values and honesty.
To your success,
David
How to Build an 8-Figure Business
Did you know there’s a HIDDEN SECRET that can give you the confidence to:
- Close every deal
- Inspire every audience
- And build an 8-figure business?
Before I reveal the secret, let me tell you a quick story…
Many years ago, I was given the opportunity to become a speaker and trainer for Tony Robbins and Chet Holmes at Business Breakthroughs International. They handed me a 2.5-hour workshop script and said, "Here you go… learn it."
So, I did exactly as I was told.
And guess what?
Crickets.
I gave 2-3 trainings per week, but I didn't close a SINGLE Entrepreneur into their $5,000 Ultimate Business Mastery program. My confidence was shaky, despite having built two 8-figure businesses over the previous 10 years.
Now, this story isn’t unique to me…
According to a recent study by Harvard Business Review, even top-performing CEOs experience self-doubt. What separates the successful ones is their ability to manage and overcome it—And THAT’S the hidden secret.
Confidence isn't about never doubting yourself; it's about managing those doubts effectively. It’s about finding resilience in uncertainty, and it starts with these 3 strategies:
Strategy #1: Focus on Your Mindset
Your mind is like a garden; what you plant and nurture will grow… so make sure you’re always planting seeds of confidence and positivity. I did this by revisiting an audio program I bought when I was 16 that teaches how to do exactly that.
I listened to it twice a day back then, and it reminded me that belief in yourself is everything. This consistent reinforcement helped me rebuild my confidence from the ground up.
Strategy #2: Focus on Serving
I stopped worrying about closing deals and started caring about truly serving those I was training. Because when you genuinely aim to help others and provide value, it creates a natural confidence that resonates with people. They can sense your authenticity and are more likely to trust and invest in what you’re offering.
The Tenach (Hebrew Bible) explains it best:
"And you draw out your soul to the hungry, and an afflicted soul you sate, then your light shall shine in the darkness, and your darkness shall be like noon."
Isaiah 58:10
Strategy #3: Be Authentic
I stopped following the script word-for-word and instead infused my personality and experiences into the training. After introducing Chet and Tony, I asked the audience if they wanted to know a little about me, why I’m here, and why I’m qualified to share this information. They always said yes, so I shared what I had built along with my personal stories and struggles. This one little shift changed everything.
Because at the end of the day, people connect with stories and authenticity. So by going off-script and showing your true self, you can build deeper connections and trust with your audience.
After implementing these 3 strategies, my confidence soared. As a result, Entrepreneurs began investing in the business growth program, and soon, students were even requesting me to be their personal coach.
Within 90 days, I was enrolling people at the highest levels ever seen in the company—A 63.4% increase over the previous average enrollment rate!
And the success didn't stop there; it kept growing.
So, the next time you’re experiencing self-doubt due to an unexpected failure, refer back to these 3 strategies.
Remember that confidence isn't about never doubting yourself; it's about managing those doubts effectively.
To your success,
David

90% of startups FAIL because of this…
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics:
- 20% of new businesses fail during the first 2 years
- 45% fail during the first 5 years
- 65% fail during the first 10 years
Only 25% of businesses make it to 15 years or more.
So why do some startups thrive while others barely survive?
People always ask me how small businesses can stand out in today’s crowded market. After working with Entrepreneurs for 20+ years, I’ve learned that the secret lies not just in what you sell, but in how you tell your story.
Think about it.
You may have a GREAT product or service…But so do thousands of others. To separate yourself from the competition, you must connect with your audience on a deeper level.
- According to a study by Forbes, 90% of startups ultimately fail due to a lack of differentiation and a compelling brand story.
- Proverbs tells us:
"A man's gift makes room for him and brings him before the great."
— Proverbs 18:16
Your gift is your uniqueness. There is only one you, and only one of your company, so how you share your unique gifts and stories will help your brand stand out from the countless others. In other words, the businesses that succeed are those that create meaningful connections with their customers. It's not just about selling a product or service; it's about selling a result combined with an experience based on your vision.
For example…Let’s say you wanted to open a coffee shop this year. You could have:
- A menu with boring drinks and pastries
- Outdated décor that belongs in the 90s
- Generic customer service—nothing special
- Or maybe just another Starbucks clone
The problem? Sure, it's functional. But there's no story, no personality, no uniqueness. Besides proximity, what makes a potential customer want to walk into your coffee shop versus the other three down the street?
NOTHING.
Now, imagine a different scenario:
You open a specialty coffee shop that sources beans from small, sustainable organic farms around the world.
- Baristas know your name and favorite drink
- Coffee beans are roasted in-house daily to ensure the freshest cup every time
- The shop is filled with cozy corners, fun board games, and art from local artists
- Up-and-coming musicians play live acoustic music three nights a week Now, this isn't just a place to get a caffeine fix. It's an experience, a community, a story that people want to be a part of.
The difference is clear.
Now the question is… how do you create your compelling vision and story?
Here are 3 tips to craft a compelling brand story that attracts loyal, lifelong customers like a moth to a flame. 👇
- Be Authentic
Authenticity is key. People can tell when you're being genuine, and they can also tell when you're being fake. Share your successes and failures, and let your audience see the real you. Tell stories with a point and an outcome that leads to the journey you want them to take.
2. Create an A+ Customer Journey
Map out every touchpoint your customer has with your brand—from discovery to purchase to post-purchase support. Capture your customers' names and emails and connect with them by providing added value throughout their journey.
Ensure that every interaction is seamless, enjoyable, and aligned with your brand story. (Barista’s knowing your name and favorite drink is a GREAT example!) The goal is to make your customers feel valued and appreciated at every stage.
3. Create Emotional Connections
Humans are naturally emotional beings, and tapping into these feelings can create a deep and lasting bond with your audience. So, whether it's a personal anecdote about your journey or a customer success story, do your best to share the highs and lows, the victories and challenges. Let people see the heart and soul behind your brand… ESPECIALLY in an AI-driven world where everyone is starting to look and sound the same!
So, take a moment to reflect on your story and how you can share it with the world.
Remember, it’s not just about what you sell, but how you tell your story that will make all the difference.
To your success,
David
