The Power of Storytelling! 💡 Have you ever felt the grip of paralyzing stress?
Back in my college days, the thought of public speaking sent me into a panic. I think I only got a C in the class, because the teacher felt bad for me. The anxiety and stress were overwhelming, and even after college, I found myself glued to note cards during presentations.
But here’s the turning point – someone advised me to embrace the art of storytelling. I invested in speaker training and coaches, and gained 3 main insights:
1️⃣ The power of focus, known as the “doppelganger” effect, where anxiety and exhilaration are just two sides of the same coin.
2️⃣ Shifting the focus from self to service—contributing by zeroing in on who you serve.
3️⃣ Embracing your authority and realizing the situation is in your hands.
